- Although I am a fourth year English teacher, one of my biggest passions is the interface between faith and politics. As a Catholic Christian, I believe firmly in the dignity & worth of every human life from the moment of conception till natural death. My mission is to make a difference. I volunteer with the Pregnancy Counseling Center in Mission Hills, and I am a member of the legislative council at Our Lady of Lourdes parish. I have studied life issues, especially abortion, for the past 15 years.
